Very impressed and happy with the service I received. I went in looking to buy the new iPhone 12 Pro and I had a lot of questions regarding it. Anita, who was working that day gladly helped and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of all the plan options between Telus vs Koodo, which at the time I was with Koodo. They didn't have my phone in the store that day, but I ordered it and had to pick it up the following day. Anita knew I was not from this area - visiting a friend, and on her way to and from work that evening, she went to the warehouse to pick up my new phone for me to make sure I could get it before I left town - talk about great service!! She also told me the next day when I got there that the warehouse guy who was waiting for her to come pick up the phone, ALSO stayed late to hand off the phone to Anita. Talk about really great service. It was a bit unfortunate that only 1 person was working both days, as there was a bit of a wait for myself and other customers to be serviced, but I'm assuming this was due to covid restrictions which can't be helped.

Anita was extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly. We have loved Telus so were reluctant to move to Koodo (I know it's the same company but still...). Anyway, she helped us get through it all - so far successfully. Thanks Anita - you are now my go to Koodo person! LOL!
The store manager is phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable and really took his time in showing me phone and plan options. Very impressed with the service I received. He even stayed late after the store closed to get me set up. Definitely recommend this location for its stellar customer service.

I would highly recommend this store, especially based on my interaction with Nehal. I went to switch my service and Nehal was amazing and super patient in explaining all the plans and details. He went a mile ahead and spent a lot of time and effort in sorting out some challenges in adding multiple lines. He gave us a really good deal and I am very happy with my experience.
